Messages. We collect limited information you provide when you compose, send, or receive messages through the Platform’s messaging functionalities. That information includes information about the message, such as when it was sent, received, or read, and message participants. Please be aware that messages you choose to send to other users of the Platform will be accessible by those users only and that we are not responsible for how those users use or share the messages.
When you choose to use AI functionality to compose or edit the content of your messages, we may securely share the content of your messages with third-party service providers. For example, when you use loomyAI key features to improve your writing while composing a message. Your messages are end-to-end encrypted and only accessible by the intended recipients.
We may access content from your device's clipboard, with your permission, for actions like sharing with a third-party platform or pasting into the Platform.
Your phone contacts. If you choose to sync your phone contacts, we will gather names, phone numbers, and email addresses. We will use this information to connect you with existing users of the Platform.
Proof of your identity or age. Sometimes we might need to verify your identity or age. This could be required for accessing features such as a Verified Account, applying for a Business Account, making sure you're old enough to use our platform, or other situations where verification is needed.

We collect information when you participate in our surveys, research studies, promotions, contests, marketing campaigns, competitions, or events we conduct or sponsor.

Technical Information when you use loomyAI. We collect certain information about the device you use to access our platform. This includes your IP address, user agent, time zone settings, advertising identifiers, device model, system, network type, device IDs, screen resolution, operating system, file names and types, battery state, audio settings, and connected audio devices. If you login from multiple devices, we use your profile information to recognize your activity across all of them.

With your consent, we may also gather precise location data, such as GPS. Additionally, if you opt to include location information in your User Generated Content, we collect location details like tourist attractions, shops, or other points of interest.

This helps us with content moderation, demographic classification, and providing relevant content and ad recommendations, among other non-personal uses.

You can access and edit most of your profile information by signing into loomyAI. You can also delete content you’ve uploaded. In Settings, you can control who can message you or comment on your posts, and you can delete your account if you choose.
To manage Cookies, adjust your browser settings. Note that disabling Cookies might require different steps on various browsers and mobile apps. Each opt-out is specific to the browser or device used, so you may need to opt out separately on each one. Disabling Cookies may limit some platform functionalities.
